Lisa Ferraro is of Italian descent and was born and raised in Timmins.
Lisa is a graduate of O’Gorman High School and Fleming College. She is the mother of two young ladies who also share her passion for the law.
Lisa has been working in the field of civil litigation as a legal assistant since 2017. She has been employed with the firm since September 2020. Some of Lisa’s tasks include client intakes, pre and post discovery undertakings, maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, managing and organizing client files, conducting client meetings, communicating with clients, counsel and court officials, assisting with billing and accounting services, establishing, implementing, and improving existing workflows and administrative procedures.
Lisa is a strong, dedicated, and loyal employee who coupled with her experience serves an asset to the firm and its clients. She could be described as having much charm and a great sense of humour.
Lisa partakes in the firm huddles and various training sessions. She also plays a key role in speaking at in house education programs on client intakes and about her knowledge, training and experience with the Leap program. She also forms part of the team that trains students and oversees the work of students.
