Isabella MacPhail

Isabella joined the team at Meunier Carrier Lawyers as a co-operative education student in the fall of 2021 and was subsequently hired to work on a part-time basis throughout the year.

Isabella’s tasks include assisting the lawyers with respect to scheduling appointments and performing clerical duties. Isabella has been playing an important part in supporting the team in connection with new file intakes, follow-ups with clients involved in slips and falls and motor vehicle collision cases. She works very hard behind the scenes summarizing clinical notes and records, reports, disclosure and drafting accounts. 

In addition, Isabella further assists the team in overseeing compliance with pre-and-post-examination undertakings as well as drafting file executive summaries.

Isabella possesses excellent organizational and time management skills which serves as an asset to team. She is very motivated and very dependable.

Isabella was born and raised in Timmins. She is fluent in both French and English and assists the team in servicing clients in both official languages.

During the school academic year, Isabella is away at the University of Ottawa pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. Isabella will graduate in May of 2027.

In her spare time Isabella enjoys downhill skiing, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
